On October 23, 2018, I first published, “Motion filed requesting Special Prosecutor – East Grand Forks City Attorney accused of hiding evidence of child porn and sex trafficking“.
On August 30, 2018 Holmseth addressed the Polk County Court and advised Honorable Tamara Yon that every one of the three different attorneys assigned to him by Minnesota Public Defenders Office refused to challenge the Florida order based upon an argument the order violates Holmseth’s First Amendment rights. Holmseth told Judge Yon that his trial attorney from the Washington D.C. [ATTORNEY STEVEN SCOTT BISS] area advised him he must challenge the Order because it’s grossly un-constitutional. Holmseth advised the Court he is filing a federal deprivation of rights lawsuit.
When Holmseth advised the Court he was filing a federal lawsuit, Galstad abruptly requested Holmseth be evaluated for mental deficiency. Galstad told the judge that Holmseth accuses everyone that doesn’t agree with him of being involved in a conspiracy against him.
Galstad also told the Court that Holmseth’s website contains content that should be evaluated because he wrote about Barack Obama. However, Holmseth merely pointed out Obama donated money to the campaign of Patty Wetterling.
On September 21, 2018 Holmseth was tested by Charles J. Chmielewski Ph.D., L.P.
Dr. Chmielewski was provided documents and information by Galstad and the police regarding Holmseth’s investigative work and website. Chmielewski asked Holmseth questions about interview(s) he had done with Sarah Westall.
